Order Processing

In-stock items are normally prepared for dispatch within 5–10 business days after payment and order verification.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped after the product has been released, received and processed by Mecha At Toy.

Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers or suppliers and are subject to change.

Shipping & Tracking

Available shipping methods and charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, peak periods, local delivery conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other fees imposed by the destination country or carrier.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid customs charges or an unclaimed shipment may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or arrives significantly damaged, please contact support@mechaattoy.com with your order number, tracking number and relevant photos and videos.
