Products & Product Information

Mecha At Toy operates as a retailer and reseller of third-party collectible products and is not the manufacturer of the products sold on our store.

Product descriptions, specifications, accessories, promotional images, dimensions and estimated release dates are based on information provided by manufacturers, distributors or suppliers.

Manufacturers may modify product specifications, accessories, colours, packaging, design details or release schedules before final production without prior notice.

Prototype and promotional images may differ slightly from the final production item.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Products displayed on our store may become unavailable due to manufacturer production changes, distributor allocation, stock limitations or other circumstances beyond our control.

For limited releases and pre-orders, placing an order does not guarantee final manufacturer or distributor allocation.

If we are unable to fulfil an affected order, Mecha At Toy will contact the customer regarding the available resolution.

Pre-Orders

Products marked PRE-ORDER are not available for immediate shipment.

Estimated release dates are provided for reference only and are based on the latest information available from the manufacturer or supplier.

Release dates may be delayed, advanced or changed without prior notice.

A manufacturer delay does not constitute a product cancellation.

Requests to cancel a pre-order are reviewed individually. Approval is not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed or stock has been allocated or committed with our supplier.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability and payment verification.

Mecha At Toy reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of:

• stock or allocation issues;

• incorrect product information;

• pricing errors;

• payment verification issues;

• suspected fraudulent activity; or

• circumstances preventing fulfilment of the order.

If an issue affects an existing order, we will contact the customer using the contact information provided at checkout.

Payments

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment and billing information provided is accurate.

Orders may be subject to payment verification or fraud screening before fulfilment.

Any bank, card issuer, payment provider or currency conversion charges imposed by third parties are outside the control of Mecha At Toy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

All products are checked before dispatch where reasonably possible.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact support@mechaattoy.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• your order number;

• clear photographs of the shipping carton;

• the shipping label;

• the product packaging; and

• photographs or video clearly showing the reported issue.

All claims are reviewed individually.

The appropriate resolution, if any, will be determined by Mecha At Toy based on the nature and circumstances of each case.

Possible resolutions may include replacement parts, replacement items, repair, return or other appropriate arrangements.

Collectible Packaging

Many of the products sold by Mecha At Toy are collector items supplied in manufacturer retail packaging.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to product packaging may occur during manufacturing, handling or transportation.

Minor dents, creases, corner wear, scratches, surface marks or similar cosmetic imperfections to the outer packaging are not normally considered product defects, provided that the product itself remains unaffected.

Significant packaging damage may be reviewed individually.

Change of Mind

Mecha At Toy does not normally accept returns, exchanges or refunds solely due to a change of mind, personal preference or purchasing the wrong product.

Customers should carefully review product information before completing an order.

Returns

Customers must contact Mecha At Toy before returning any product.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Where a return is approved, the product must be returned in the condition specified by Mecha At Toy and should include all applicable:

• accessories;

• parts;

• manuals;

• inserts; and

• original product packaging.

Return shipping and related costs may be the customer's responsibility depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatically granted.

All refund requests are assessed individually by Mecha At Toy.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing charges and other third-party fees are generally non-refundable.

Any difference caused by exchange-rate movements or charges imposed by banks, card issuers or payment providers is outside the control of Mecha At Toy.

Manufacturer Warranty & Product Responsibility

Mecha At Toy does not provide an additional manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated on the product page.

Any manufacturer warranty, replacement programme, after-sales support or replacement parts offered by a manufacturer are subject to that manufacturer's own terms, availability and approval.

Product design, manufacturing, factory quality control, specifications and manufacturing defects remain matters relating to the respective manufacturer.

Mecha At Toy is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, modification, improper handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and related information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other import-related fees imposed by the destination country or carrier.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All manufacturer names, trademarks, characters, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on Mecha At Toy is for product identification and retail purposes only.

Mecha At Toy branding, original website content and original graphics may not be reproduced without permission.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our store accurate and current.

However, typographical errors, pricing errors, technical errors or outdated manufacturer information may occasionally occur.

Mecha At Toy reserves the right to correct such errors and update information where necessary.
